Standard delivery is free and will be with you in 2-4 working days (Subject to restrictions). 

You can track your order using the DPD tracking code sent to you via email. Once your parcel is on its way, you'll receive a text message with the tracking details, allowing you to monitor your delivery and reschedule it to a date and time that suits you, if needed. 

If you haven’t received your DPD tracking code or encounter any issues, please email us at hello@a2bluggage.com with your order number, and our team will be happy to assist you. 

If you no longer wish to keep your order, please reach out to our customer service team to request a cancellation within 24 hours. While we will do our best to stop the shipment, we cannot guarantee that the process can be halted once your request is submitted. If we successfully prevent the shipment, the cancellation will be updated in your Order History under Your Account.

We arrange UK collections Monday – Friday between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm. This excludes bank holidays.

Setting the code on your lock is simple. By default, the lock is pre-set to 0-0-0 at the factory, but you can easily customise it to a three-digit combination of your choice (e.g., a birthday or address for easy recall). While the process may vary slightly depending on your lock type, the steps are generally similar across all items. 

1. Open the Lock: Slide or press the TSA button to open your suitcase. Inside, you’ll find detailed locking instructions specific to your item.  

2. Identify the Lock Button: 

a. If there’s a small pinpoint button on the lock, press it in with a pen. 
b. If there’s no pinpoint button, hold down/slide the button (depending on the type of lock) used to open your suitcase while turning the dials. 

3. Set Your Code: Rotate the dials to your preferred three-digit combination. 

4. Confirm the Code: 

a. For locks with a pinpoint button, confirm by pushing or sliding the button to open your suitcase. 
b. For locks without a pinpoint button, release the button you were holding once the dials are set. 

Your new combination is now set and ready to use! If you encounter any issues, refer to the instructions provided or reach out to our support team for assistance. Assure you make a note of your passcode, so you don’t forget. 

Please note that our warranty does not cover issues with combination locks caused by incorrect code setting, improper usage, or damage resulting from forcing the lock open. 

If you've forgotten your combination, we recommend systematically trying each possible code to regain access. Unfortunately, we do not have a master key or override code to open your lock.

The A2B Exodus and Sojourn cases do not include built-in combination locks, however the Odyssey includes a TSA-approved combination lock.

Carry-on size restrictions vary by airline, but a common maximum size is 22 x 14 x 9 inches (56 x 36 x 23 cm), including handles and wheels.

Most major airlines have a weight limit of 50 pounds (23kg) for checked bags. Exceeding this limit may result in additional fees. Budget airlines can vary.

Prohibited items typically include sharp objects, liquids over 100ml, and flammable materials. It’s advisable to check specific airline guidelines before travelling.

Hard-sided luggage offers better protection for fragile items, while soft-sided luggage is more flexible and can expand to accommodate extra items. The choice depends on personal preference and travel needs.
